We're looking for an HR Manager who is not just looking for a job, but a career that intertwines passion, innovation, and a deep understanding of human capital to create a thriving work environment. In this role, you will not only oversee day-to-day HR operations but also contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support our business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities of HR Generalist:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Manage the onboarding and exit process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Provide strategic leadership and support for HR issues.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures in consultation with management.
  • Document all HR processes to ensure clarity and efficiency. Maintain accurate employee records, including staff files, HRIS data, employment assessments, benefits, grievance or disciplinary actions and other HR documentation. Ensure legal compliance in all HR activities.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Utilize and manage various HR technologies and tools to maintain transparency and accountability within the team.

 

 

HR Generalist Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
  • Excellent understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., Keka) familiarity will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is preferred.
