We do services and (SaaS) products and have customers including some of the biggest names in the industry like MakeMyTrip, PayTm, Gojek to name a few. 

We primarily work in the HubSpot and Monday.com ecosystems, both of whom are pegged for massive growth! We are looking for an energetic sales specialist to join our team to help us leverage this growth. If you have experience in selling marketing automation, CRM, HubSpot, Monday.com and/or related services, this is the opportunity you might have been waiting for.

Experience: 5-8 years experience in selling B2B SaaS products

 

Sales Specialist Role and Responsibilities:

  • Run a full sales cycle and close new business to consistently meet or exceed targets
  • This includes cold calling, emailing, writing proposals and negotiations
  • Work on inbound leads and close deals with companies that fit Niswey's ideal customer profile
  • Partner with marketing and technology departments to build a predictable revenue pipeline
  • Create and execute new sales strategies as we introduce enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Conduct detailed discovery and needs analysis with prospects to recommend the right products or solutions
  • Develop solutions that help prospects leverage HubSpot in the best way for their business needs
  • Collaborate with various teams within Niswey to design viable solutions for prospects
  • Work on HubSpot CRM to ensure all leads are tracked, and all deals are closely monitored
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and partners to close the right type of deals
  • Ensure Niswey's partner status is maintained
  • Bring perspectives and ideas to advance Niswey's culture and vision for the future
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipelines to meet revenue targets and company goals.
     

Sales Specialist Job Requirements:

  • Experience running a full sales cycle and closing business
  • This includes cold calling, emailing, writing proposals and negotiations
  • Experience in winning new accounts as well as generating business in existing customer base
  • Should have managed business more than 1 million USD.
  • Should have experience in interacting with CXOs level.
  • Should have experience in enterprise/B2B Sales only
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills
  • Deep understanding of SaaS platforms/businesses
  • Experience in giving great demos of SaaS products
  • Energetic, outgoing, empathetic and pleasing personality
  • Great communication and relationship building skills
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Great work as well as sales ethic
