Experience: 4-8 Years

Responsibilities

  • Able to understand business problems of clients and devise the right inbound and account based strategies to achieve their goals
  • Able to understand client brand imperatives and ensure campaigns reflect them
  • Break strategies down into doable campaigns and tasks and assign them to team to deliver
  • Develop in-depth business understanding by conducting customer, competitor, and persona research via interviews and secondary research.
  • Has a great understanding of content as well as buyer journeys and customer journeys. Able to come up with a content calendar to map to campaigns and buyer journeys.
  • Has a deep understanding of digital ads, ad platforms, SEO, social media, email marketing and content and how they can work together to create the right impact and deliver results
  • Able to think measurement and reporting in line with client goals, as well as campaign tasks.
  • Propose new and improved marketing campaign ideas
  • Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition
  • Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics 
  • Act as the single point of contact for the customers.
  • Educate the customer about Inbound and ABM tactics and make sure they see the benefits.
  • Develop and guide internal teams to deliver better on their projects and campaigns 

Sr. Account Manager Requirements

  •  Proficient in HubSpot (required)
  • An in-depth understanding of inbound marketing - including ads, social media, content, email and SEO.
  •  5+ years of previous experience in marketing campaigns management
  • Great comfort using tech tools for project management, time tracking, collaboration 
  •  Good eye for content quality and design
  •  Knowing any CRM functionality will be an additional advantage.
  • Have the ability to educate customers the value of the strategy/too/campaign so they can see the benefits
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Efficient organizational and time management skills
  • Data-driven and research-oriented
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features 
  • HTML/CSS hands-on experience is an advantage
