How to Embed Vira Reports on a HubSpot Dashboard

Add your Vira Campaign or Workflow Report to any HubSpot dashboard using a secure embed URL. Only the report shows, not the full Vira app.

You can now add Vira Reports to a HubSpot Dashboard. The widget shows only the report, not the full Vira app.

Step 1: Copy the embed URL in Vira.

  1. Go to Vira dashboard> Report and select Campaign Report or Workflow Report.
  2. Click Copy Embed URL.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Add it to your HubSpot Dashboard.

  1. Open your dashboard and click Add content > External content.
  2. Select External URL, enter a title, and paste the URL.
  3. Click Add.

 

 

 

 

 

What the embed shows

Report switcher, date range, cumulative performance, delivered rate, read rate, influence on deals, and download report. No Vira left navigation, banners, or links to other pages.

Good to know

  • No session conflicts: the embed doesn't count against concurrent session limits and won't log users out of their open Vira tab.
  • Secure link: user details are encrypted in the embed link. If access is revoked or the account is deactivated, viewers see a clear "no access" message instead of a login screen or a blank frame.
  • Nothing else changes: the in-app Reports page works exactly as before.
