To sync Telegram group contact conversations on the company timeline, follow these steps:

Open any HubSpot contact.

On the right side CRM card for Niswire, click on "Settings."

Check the box "Sync conversations of HubSpot contacts on Company Timeline."
To add a group contact with the company, follow these detailed steps:

Open the contact in HubSpot.

On the CRM card, click "Send a Group Message."

Select the group
-
Click on the info (i) icon to view group members.

Click on any contact

On the right side, open the company page associated with that contact.

Click "Add Contact" and search for the existing group contact you wish to add.

Click "Next" and then "Save."
To view group contact chats in the company timeline:

Click on "Filter Activity."

Select "Niswire integration."
Please note that chats will sync from the day you associate the group contact with the company.
