I am unable to compose messages using templates on the Contact’s Timeline inside HubSpot. After selecting the template, the ‘Compose Message’ screen goes blank.

This error is because the HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration Chrome extension being used by you is outdated. To resolve the issue:

You will not need to authorize your WhatsApp or HubSpot account after adding the new HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration Google Chrome extension to your browser.

In case you were logged out of HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration or not connected to the Dashboard when adding the updated HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration extension, refresh your HubSpot account and sync/ log in to the HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration Dashboard.
