My HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration Dashboard is not syncing with WhatsApp

For HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration to perform, you need to ensure:

  • Your phone with the WhatsApp number that has been connected with HubSpot + WhatsApp Integration is switched on and connected to the internet
  • The WhatsApp number is logged out of WhatsApp Web on all other devices

After fulfilling these requirements, you can sync/ login with the HubSpot portal using the HubSpot+WhatsApp Integration Google Chrome extension.
