All your WhatsApp messages are synced on the HS portal. However, there is a restriction on the messages synced per month as per the plan chosen by the user.
The customer gets access to sync:
- 3,000 messages/month in the Starter plan
- 10,000 messages/month in the Standard plan
- 20,000 messages/month in the Professional plan
The customer can avail to sync unlimited messages by opting for a $15 add-on plan from the account.
Go to WhatsApp web interface > click the "4 green square" button on the profile panel on the left > Account > Update plan > Select add on for Unlimited sync
