How to send template messages from the Vira dashboard?

1) Open the Vira dashboard from the contact CRM card


2) Select the contact you want to send the template message


3) Click template on top right > Select Template



4) Define params > Send

5) In the param, select the Contact Token > First Name to map the placeholder with the customer’s first name. 

6. Click on send message
