Responsibilities of a Business Analyst:

  • Client Discovery & Analysis

    • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand clients’ current sales and marketing processes

    • Map out existing workflows, tools, and pain points

    • Identify opportunities for automation and optimization

  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation

    • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements

    • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Process Flow Diagrams, and Use Cases

    • Create user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Solution Design Support

    • Collaborate with technical teams to convert business requirements into system-level solutions

    • Assist in creating Solution Design Documents (SDDs) that guide the implementation phase

    • Provide input on CRM structures, automation rules, lead lifecycles, and reporting needs

  • Stakeholder Management

    • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

    • Facilitate requirement sign-offs and manage scope changes

      Support user training and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Business Analyst Skills Required:

    • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services, preferably with exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Leadsquared)

    • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes (lead generation, nurturing, sales pipelines, campaign management)

    • Experience with tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or similar for process mapping

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    • Strong documentation and analytical skills

    • Ability to translate vague requirements into structured formats

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and/or marketing automation tools

    • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models

    • Background in software services or consulting environments
