Niswey is a rapidly growing company focused on leveraging the USD 120 billion martech industry. We have marketing services as well as products built largely around the HubSpot ecosystem. We are Asia's first HubSpot Elite partner, which makes us among the top 60 HubSpot partners globally. We have several products in the HubSpot marketplace and are constantly working on building new ones.

We are looking to add an Associate for the Founders’ Office. 
 
This role does not come with a very defined set of responsibilities and you will essentially have to be someone with proven experience of handling chaos & also who will do whatever it takes to scale Niswey with us.
 
This role will involve working with the founders of the company and other key management individuals over strategy, operations and growth. 
You will be required to be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to work as a generalist to solve the highest priority problems that will span across functions such as product, services, marketing, sales, legal and finance. 
An ideal opportunity for those looking for a crash course in entrepreneurship, using first principles thinking and frameworks to solve cross-functional problems for a product and services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • You will get to work with almost all the departments of the company, for example, the sales team, the product team, the marketing team, HR team etc. This means a bunch of different things like helping create a framework for partnerships, or building an org or team chart, building a financial model, interviewing candidates, evaluating companies for acquisitions, building presentations, researching a market, bringing new team members up to speed and more.
  • Support the founder's office with key initiatives and create a structure to improve visibility and accountability across cross-functional teams. 
  • Help prepare and shadow founders during key meetings and ensure the follow ups. Follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of founders, keeping founders on the same page, prepared and organized. 
  • Work on special projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses.
  • Identify gaps and roadblocks that founders are struggling with and troubleshooting them.
  • Identify cross-functional synergies to help reduce the TAT of both internal and external projects. 
  • Identify ways to build a unique work environment for our team members, fostering a culture of ownership, candor, and constant learning. 
  • Eventually you’ll be expected, as we grow, to lead a small team of people who keep our various projects on schedule and profitable.
  • Communication is going to be a big part of the role. You will act as a bridge of communication between the senior leadership and teams internally as well as with Niswey’s vendors, partners and customers.
  • You will work directly with Niswey’s co-founders, with the simple goal of saving them time. Which means: The level of work you'll do will only be limited by your capabilities!

What we look for in you: 

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a Founder’s office member, a management / strategy consultant in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Comfort with tech businesses is a must
  • Doer attitude. You do not wait for instructions and guidelines but believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things. 
  • You are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths. 
  • Demonstrate a history of top performance - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and variable environment. Project management skills including the use of software such as Asana, JIRA, Slack etc
  • Highly organized: Punctual and proficient with scheduling, email management, and proactive communication 
  • Can figure things out or can Google effectively (yes, it’s a rare skill :)) 
  • Ability to contribute positively to team culture and morale with a can-do attitude, and willingness to take initiative.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ GSuite Tools. 
  • Can always stay on top of things!
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Are a generalist (and not a specialist) who can take on the many different problems that will arise.
  • Problem-solving attitude -  quick test if you have this - When you look at a problem what is the first thing that comes to your mind? (Find the right answer yourself :-)
  • You should see yourself as an extra set of eyes and ears across the company, and basically keep a bunch of other little things glued together 
  • Can take full ownership of the work, and pull whatever strings needed to get shit done!
  • Are an entrepreneur at heart.

  • You have experience starting your own company or as an early employee of a high-growth startup. 
  • You have an understanding of the HubSpot or Martech industry in particular.
