HR Lead

Niswey is a rapidly growing company focused on leveraging the USD 120 billion martech industry. We have marketing services as well as products built largely around the HubSpot ecosystem. We are expecting to grow our team size considerably this year. And are in need of an HR Manager to join the team.

As an HR Manager, you will work with the CEO to streamline all HR processes, and document them. Your prime responsibility will be to enable us to add the right people to the team by truly understanding our culture. You will also enable onboarding, KRA monitoring, appraisals and exit processes.

Niswey uses a host of technology and tools to maintain team transparency and accountability, so your comfort with technology has to be very high. You will also work with the culture team in designing and running team engagement activities.

Experience: 2 - 4 years

 

Responsibilities

Recruitment/New Hire Process

  • Lead recruitment efforts
  • Increase the number of job applicants to our job posts. This includes posting job ads 
  • Organize resumes and job applications
  • Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process
  • Coordinate with hiring agencies to ensure the recruitment process
  • Ensure offers are rolled out and candidates join
  • Orient new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Ensure onboarding processes are adhered to for each new employee
  • Administer new employment assessments
  • Serve as a point person for all new employee questions

Employee Engagement 

  • Work with the Culture team to ensure activities have been well planned out in advance and everyone has been notified
  • Take feedback from employees for the activities
  • Ensure feedback is shared with the Culture team

Learning & Development

  • Participate in enabling KRA discussions and tracking
  • Help managers come up with a learning & development plan for their teams
  • Work with CEO to identify training resources to help deliver L&D
  • Work with CEO to evolve a system that captures L&D goals very well

Record Maintenance

  • Maintain current HR files and databases
  • Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
  • Maintain records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
  • Complete termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews

Qualifications and Skills

  • Academic qualification in HR
  • Highly personable and empathetic 
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to work and engage in a remote work setting
  • High comfort with using technology
