Niswey Hosts the First HubSpot Users Group in New Delhi

New Delhi, India – 28 April, 2019: New Delhi’s first ever HubSpot Users Group meetup was successfully hosted by Niswey, and marketers from across the city were in attendance. Marketing teams from diverse organizations that currently use HubSpot came together to share their experiences, insights, and learn from each other.

The HubSpot Users Groups (HUGs) are city or region specific communities that bring together marketers and industry experts to facilitate knowledge sharing and growth. There are over 130 HUGs across the world, with three in India – Bangalore, Hyderabad, and New Delhi. 

It all started when Abhinav Sahai, COO, Niswey was selected as the HubSpot User Group Leader for the Delhi/NCR region. Niswey then got engaged with organizing the first HUG meetup, having both Abhinav and Chhavi Porwal, HubSpot Channel Consultant, APAc as key speakers at the event. 

Chhavi’s session was focussed on the new-age flywheel that replaced the funnel at INBOUND2018. She emphasized on the need to bid the funnel goodbye, why it doesn’t serve marketers anymore, and how the whole flywheel functions, fuelled by the inbound philosophy. 

Another key theme in her session was the HubSpot Customer Code, and how it ensures that they create a great value for their customers.

Abhinav’s session was around conversational marketing. He talked about why chatbots have become such an integral part of customer interaction, and how ensures that your business is available to customers 24×7, and how it becomes a tool for lead genration.

The session also covered how to implement chatbots using HubSpot’s conversational marketing tool, and some pro tips on how to get the best out of them.

The event concluded with a lively Q&A session and the attendees interacting and sharing stories around their work with HubSpot.
